ALPHARETTA - SPECIALIZED HELPER - CLEANING MACHINES (1 day per week)

TURNKEY FACILITY MAINTENANCE is a cleaning company that has been operating extensively in the market for over 15 years in clinics, banks, condominiums, offices, buildings, churches, schools, etc.

We are looking for a very reliable, responsible, committed, punctual person who provides quality service as a TO HELP ONE DAY A WEEK A DAY PORTER in ALPHARETTA, GA - 30009

Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
• KNOW HOW TO USE CLEANING MACHINES FOR FLOORS AND CARPETS
• FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THIS SAME TYPE OF WORK

The employee must always be uniform and follow the company's dress code.
The employee must have a helpful and polite attitude with employees and residents of the apartment complex
The employee must have at least basic English
