We have extensive experience building technologically advanced trailers in the oil and gas industry. That same expertise is applied to every trailer we manufacture. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our company as an Assembler who will work closely with carpenters and welders, assisting in the assembly and construction of various trailer components. This position involves working with a variety of tools and equipment, handling materials, and ensuring that all work meets precise measurements and quality standards. The role requires physical agility, the ability to work in tight spaces, and occasional operation of a forklift. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines, Company safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
First shift hours are 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday

Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid in cutting and assembling materials for trailer doors, shelves, solid surface tops
- Transport materials as needed within the manufacturing facility, ensuring proper handling and placement
- May occasionally operate a forklift to move materials or completed components
- Work on ladders and in confined spaces as required by project specifications
- Accurately measure materials up to 1/16th of an inch, and shape/cut materials using hand saws, band saws, and palm sanders
- Work using machines, hand tools, power tools, hand saws, and sanding tools
- Analyze the quality and effectiveness of the work performed, making adjustments as necessary to meet high standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working order and perform regular maintenance to maximize production
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure employees follow safety guidelines and perform duties in a safe manner
- Observe all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and properly use equipment
- Maintain open communication with team members and leadership Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools
- Ability to measure accurately and work with precision
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
