What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning & Tax Attorney position at Turnkey Management?
A busy, growing law firm is looking for an Attorney to join our team of high performing professionals. You are an individual who has initiative, will own a process from beginning to end, and drive results. Your areas of interest are probate, estate administration, tax, and estate planning. You are comfortable with the law and with client interaction. Training and support provided. This Position will work in Mesa and at our satellite Scottsdale office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Service clients at both our Mesa and Scottsdale locations.
Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced attorney
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good at working with a team
Compensation:
- Base Annual Salary $75,000 plus bonuses on production, referrals, etc.
- Some medical benefits.
