Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, improve and implement complex workflows and systems
- Prepare management reports and trouble shoot issues
- Training and onboarding
- Designing systems and procedures for scaling and growth
- Perform administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
- High capacity for learning, implementing and training others on the use of technology and applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with other employees and the clients they serve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good at working with a team
- You are good with tech and software, and can quickly learn what you don't know
