$18 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance tasks for our team of technicians, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation
- Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll for both maintenance technicians and administrative staff
- Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively
- Problem Diagnosis: Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in scheduling and resource allocation
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 4 years experience in Property Management
