Turnkey Real Estate Management is currently looking for an insured vendor to help us with our exterior painting needs.

Project Overview:
We are seeking qualified and experienced exterior painters to bid on a variety of painting projects for our properties. Projects may include:
- Residential homes: Exterior painting of siding, trim, doors, windows, and other surfaces.

Interested contractors should submit the following:
- Company Information: Business name, contact information, and insurance information.
- Provide detailed and competitive bids: Submit written bids for each project, including a breakdown of costs for materials, labor, and any other relevant expenses
- Project Execution: * Prepare surfaces properly (cleaning, sanding, priming, etc.)
- Select and apply appropriate paints and finishes
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Communication: * Maintain clear and timely communication with our property managers regarding project schedules, progress, and any potential issues
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Proven experience in exterior painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and understand project specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and necessary tools and equipment
- Proof of insurance
