Are you a skilled and experienced rerent contractor looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and work with our project manager to oversee residential renovation projects.
Per Bid Per Job
Responsibilities:- Complete all aspects of residential Renovation projects, from initial planning to final completion.
- Work with the project manager on keeping project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project manager and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect and assess the condition of properties, identifying necessary repairs and renovations.
- Complete the installation of materials, fixtures, and appliances, based on the project manager's scope of work.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Proven experience in residential projects.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have all required tools for a home renovation.
