Overview:

     In this role, you bring the VOICE of the client to Turn Key Solutions, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with their business objectives.  Clients are busy running their respective organizations and the Inside Sales Account Representative needs to proactively engage clients so they FEEL the value you can bring to improve productivity, mitigate their risk, and be a consultative advisor into their business. The Inside Sales Account Representative role is also part of setting Turn Key Solutions’ service team up for success by ensuring infrastructure lifecycle management that adheres to Turn Key Solutions’ best practices value map.

    While the goal of this role is to be able to operate autonomously 80% of the time, it is also important for an Inside Sales Account Representative to know WHEN other Turn Key Solutions team members should participate – such as the Sr. member of the sales team, sales manager, Operations Manager, Solution Architects, and/or one of the owners. This role is at the forefront of fulfilling the mission of Turn Key Solutions by being an advisor, guiding clients to best practices, helping them budget and plan into the future, helping empower and protect their businesses, and communicate the value of solutions that enable productivity and growth for their organization.

A typical week: Based out of our Baton Rouge office, this position will include onsite visits at our clients' offices in the area with occasional onsite visits in the New Orleans and Northshore areas.

Pay range:  $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications plus 4 quarterly and 1 annual bonuses that combine to a total possible additional $22,000
  

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate technology standards, business value, and risks associated with aging and/or inadequate technology solutions.
  • Be able to articulate how Turn Key Solutions’ services and recommendations can mitigate risk, solve operational challenges, and how we deliver support to clients. 
  • Establish clear expectations with clients and fellow team members in every area of interaction.
  • Adherence and understanding of Turn Key Solutions’ defined processes.
  • Maintaining a commitment to business quality and client service.
  • Resolving client inquiries in an expeditious and professional manner.
  • Liaising between various internal departments as well as vendors to respond to client inquiries and to be proactive in regard to client-related support. 
  • Prepares sales quotes, proposals and other client facing deliverables as needed to respond to client service requirements and procedures.
  • Attend community and networking events to foster an ecosystem of complimentary trusted partners to whom you can refer clients, and from whom you can receive referrals
  • Attending sales meetings, taking notes, and following-up on action items.
  • Attend community & networking events – presentations, charity events, coffee/lunch with networking partners etc.
  • Association Engagement – participate in trade shows and other association related events.

  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction. 
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. 
  • Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels. 
  • Business awareness: Develop, document, and update specific knowledge about the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals. 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer’s needs. 
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities. 
  • Responsible for documenting time, opportunities and expenses as they occur. 
  • Remain up to date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry. 

 

Qualifications & Skills Needed For Success Include

  • Minimum 1 years of experience excelling in a business to business sales environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (and to know when one is more appropriate vs. the other). 
  • Ability to pass test demonstrating written and verbal communications skills. 
  • Great Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. 
  • Strong proficiency level with using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows, email, Internet, and office phone systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and be able to explain the primary support tools and techniques we use and how technology is used to provide IT services. 
  • Ability to learn about then articulate key business objectives and basic technical information, in both verbal, and written form. This skill is essential to be able to facilitate translating technical solutions to our non-technical clients in a way they can fully understand. 
  • Ability to analyze the practical business impact of IT and related systems. 
  • Ability to work as scheduled sitting, standing, stooping, lift and carry 35 lbs., use a keyboard, and speak on the phone. 
  • Ability to travel to client site and other work events using your private vehicle (we reimburse mileage @ the federal rate)
  • Ability to learn our CRM tools to track and document updates about our clients
  • Ability to use our client inventory and documentation systems to be able to understand our clients environments and businesses.
  • Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided. 
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. 

 

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
