The role of the patient care coordinator provides front office support to the team of clinical providers and other service providers. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient intake, answering phone calls and providing concise, compassionate responses to patients, receive payments, scheduling, and working together as part of a united professional team to ensure top-level customer service to our patients. Our patient care coordinator role is important as it is one in which the patients develop trust, confidence, and comfort in a true healthcare concierge setting.
This is a Part-Time position. The work schedule for this role is Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am-6pm.
