TurnPoint Search is partnering with a prestigious global financial services firm to hire an Executive Assistant who will provide seamless support to a member of the C-suite. This dynamic role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with outstanding organizational skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Delivering top-tier administrative support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and arranging global travel itineraries.
- Processing and managing expense reports with precision and timeliness.
- Handling highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations to executive standards.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing internal and external communication on behalf of the executive.
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events.
- Monitoring project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-7 years of executive-level administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in financial services required.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new technologies.
Position pays a base salary range of $100,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is overtime, paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, and there is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
