We are dedicated to helping mining operations optimize their ventilation systems and protect the well-being of their workforce. As part of our continued growth, we have recently expanded our manufacturing capabilities to target the concrete and construction markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team to drive this new solution and product line forward. An ideal candidate will be located preferably in South East part of USA.
JOB OVERVIEW :
As a Technical Sales Representative – specializing in concrete, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our permanent framework solutions within the USA. This role will require you to build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide technical expertise, and understand the specific needs and challenges of the applications we will target. You will be a critical link between our company and our clients, helping them find the right solutions to enhance their construction projects.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in a related field in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or extensive experience.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the concrete construction industry or related sectors.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong understanding of concrete systems and related products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed about 50%
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry.
Collaborate with existing clients to understand their project needs and provide tailored concrete solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Work with our management to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies related to concrete construction.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our concrete products and their applications, providing technical support and guidance to clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Provide exceptional pre-sale and post-sale customer support.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
