At Turnwell Mental Health Network, our mission is to expand access to high-quality care in underserved markets. We are looking for a Practice Administrator who will lead the day-to-day operations of our newest outpatient mental health clinic coming soon in Alpharetta, GA! The Practice Administrator will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative functions of the organization. As a member of the practice’s leadership team, this individual will be responsible for growing the care team serving patients with their mental health needs. At this location, we have physician leadership who will partner with the Practice Administrator and other support functional Teams (Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, etc.). The Practice Administrator will be a personable problem solver who is excited about providing the best quality care in practice with efficient operations and organizational flow.
Requirements :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Monitor facilities’ operational systems and workflows and prepare progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Plan and manage medical services of the practice by maintaining patient records, updating health records, creating provider schedules, and coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor & manage the business to budgeted metrics
- Ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, protecting patients' data
- Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of administrative personnel.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of personnel.
- Maintain the schedule, day-to-day operations, and overall flow of the practice.
- Motivate and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

Education / Experience
Reasoning Ability
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to apply logic and draw conclusions based on knowledge. May refer to reference materials to solve problems. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer, Analytical and Organization Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, telephone systems, and email. Ability to learn and use all functions of electronic medical record software and transcription software. Must accurately enter data into a database, search for information, and send and receive emails and attachments.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 1 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participating in the interview and hiring process, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
