Requirements

- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all conversations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of patients.
- Provide excellent therapeutic services that meet the individual patient’s needs.
- Must be able to create an efficient health plan that meets the unique needs of each patient.
- Must follow through and be able to show treatment results of patients.
- Complete patient-related documentation and communicate relevant clinical information to both the patient, referring provider, and treatment team.
- Be able to set up and lead IOP group therapies.
- Support patients and their families with evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings.
- Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patient's values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible.
- Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications.
- PsyD, PhD, LCSW, or LMHC with work experience preferably in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment.
- Basic computer skills are required and experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- Proper certification and licensing
- Must be trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
- Training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is preferred.
- Experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is preferred, but we are willing to provide training.
- Professional attitude and genuine care for helping others.
- Must dress professionally.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience with leading group therapies is a plus!
- Must provide a comfortable atmosphere for patients and demonstrate sympathy.
- Must pass a background check.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
- Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
- State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for an LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working in behavioral health.
