Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $23.17/Hr. - $28.96/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
Turtle Bay Resort is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Services Clerk to join our team. The Front Services Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our guests from the moment they arrive at the resort. As a Front Services Clerk, you will be responsible for being the liaison between our Bell, Door, and Valet teams, providing information about the resort's amenities and services and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Welcome guests to the resort with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional service by using the guest’s name, readily available to assist with a smile and a passion to go above and beyond.
- Post and verify bell delivery and porterage charges in OPERA
- Review Group Resumes and ensure that information and requests pertaining to bell/door/valet is being executed.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including concierge, front desk, bell, door, valet and PBX.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked at the valet and bell desk.
- Complete service audits on front services staff to ensure that they are meeting standards set forth by the Front Office leadership team.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing guest deliveries, packages, and luggage.
- Arrange transportation requests for guests throughout the property to/from the golf course, stables and Paniolo Pa’ina.
- Follow established procedures for handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment for guest/non-registered guest parking.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and the resort's property.
- Stay up to date with resort promotions, events, and local attractions to effectively communicate information to guests.
- Audit parked vehicles and valet keys daily to ensure that they are being charged appropriately.
- Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or hospitality-related certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Proficient with using technology and various desktop applications; experience with HotSOS and OPERA is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between the hours of 6am-11pm, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift luggage throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
