We are a multi-family office founded by five cornerstone families across Texas. We produce customized investment advisory, tax and estate planning and family office services.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is critical in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth families and ensuring the seamless execution of our family office services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and thrive in a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Act as point of contact for Client or Client Advisor inquiries and requests
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients, ensuring their account management and financial transactions are handled with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with Client Advisors, Investment Advisors, and other team members to fulfill each family’s unique needs and objectives
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and organization of all client information, adhering to compliance regulations
- Perform daily activities including money movements, transfers, new client onboarding, and account opening with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide proactive communication to team members and identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency
· Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve client issues while maintaining client communication
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a wealth management or financial services firm (5 years of experience required)
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience with Schwab services or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
- Self-starter with a passion for serving others while delivering concierge-level client service
- Event or marketing experience is a valuable addition
- In-office presence required in Dallas
