Job Description
Turtle Infrastructure Partners LLC is currently seeking a Division Accounting professional to work in our Road maintenance Division at our Tampa location. (40 hours per week)
This role serves as the administrative / financial support for the Tampa Road Maintenance division ($8m Division). Financial accounting experience in civil construction is not required.
Requirements:
Compensation package: base hourly rate OT (any hour over 40 weekly), quarterly profitability based bonus, year-end loyalty bonus, PTO, 401K with employer match, medical with employer paid contributions, dental, vision, employer paid basic life, voluntary life, STD / LTD.

- 3 – 5 years of transactional accounting experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills (attention to detail - accuracy)
- Excellent customer (internal / external) service skills
- Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, vlookups, nested if statements, graphs)
- Invoicing preparation - Review Work Order, Quote/Contract
- Create & Email Invoices
- Create Sub-estimates (AIA forms)
- Apply Cash Receipts
- Record Deposits
- AR Collections & Reporting
- Mail Monthly Customer Statements
- Process Notice to Owners & Notice of Non-Payments
- Misc. Sales invoicing & Collection
- A/P & A/R Lien Releases
- Review Active Jobs Monthly
