The Role :
This is more than a clinical role. We are seeking a BCBA who is experienced working with military families and Tricare, and who has the entrepreneurial spirit to help us expand our services. You'll not only provide top-quality ABA services but also play an integral role in building our referral network and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional ABA services to clients, ensuring measurable progress.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Create and oversee treatment plans based on individualized assessments.
- Cultivate relationships with military families, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Build and maintain referral networks with Tricare providers, schools, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic initiatives to grow the company.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding clinical team members as the practice expands.
