About the Role
We are searching for a Solutions Architect to join our growing Customer Success team, supporting customers by solving functional and technical challenges and designing complex integration solutions.
The Solutions Architect is an energetic, customer-facing leader who will engage with customers to deliver technical solutions to onboard customers onto the Turvo platform. The Solution Architect will work with the broader Customer Success organization, as well as with other teams within Turvo, and be the subject matter expert during the onboarding phase. They will also serve as a trusted advisor for each customer leveraging the Turvo platform. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about technology and our solutions as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer. As the voice of the Customer at Turvo, we expect our Solution Architects to be active listeners but also strategic thinkers who understand that problem solving by wearing both the company and the customer hats equate to success for both.
This is a remote position based in the US. The successful candidate will work from home.
\n- Leads technical onboarding of the customer (integrations, API, EDI, data migration)
- Own responsibility for designing and implementing solutions to meet the needs of the customer
- Lead resolution of technical issues during the onboarding phase
- Work closely with customers, onboarding, product, SRE and engineering during deployments
- Plan, solution and execute integrations, API, EDI and data migration projects on schedule and in correspondence with overall service order;
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of customers business challenges and common objectives to appropriately map Turvo’s features to address their needs;
- Understand the customer’s business problem, technical and functional requirements and translate into documented specifications and requirements for internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide support and troubleshooting to aid external customers and Turvo internal stakeholders when issues arise and provide resolution or guidance;
- Continuously improve and optimize internal and external processes.
- 7 years of experience in supply chain B2B/EDI/API integration implementations;
- Experience working with REST / JSON based APIs, web queues and other message formats;
- Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment;
- Self-motivated with proven track record of leading customer implementations in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing;
- Previous experience within logistics, specifically with a brokerage or carrier required;
- Willingness to travel to spend time on-site with customers 30% of the time.

Compensation range: $100,000 to $160,000.
