Qualifications & What we are looking for in you …
2-5 years of experience as a treatment coordinator, scheduling coordinator, front office receptionist, or dental administrator.
Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.
Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
Organized & Prepared – responsible for managing & maintaining Doctors’ operatories to ensure the patient experience is exceptional.
Supportive & Willing to Help – we all work together as a team!
Caring & compassionate - patient care comes first, always.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Patient Coordination : Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and confirmations. Ensure the appointment schedule is well-organized and runs efficiently.
Front Desk Operations : Greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Billing & Insurance Management : Process patient payments, manage insurance claims, and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
Patient Records : Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Communication : Act as the liaison between patients, dentists, and other staff, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Financial Reporting : Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to billing, insurance collections, and patient payments.
Patient Relations : Address patient concerns, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment for all patients.
