We are looking for a Residential Swimming Pool Construction Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of pool construction. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full construction process, including excavation, plumbing, steel reinforcement, shotcrete/vinyl liner/fiberglass installation, tiling, decking, and equipment setup.
- Ensure proper grading, elevation, and alignment to meet project goals and client expectations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets under the direction of the VP.
- Coordinate subcontractors and train labor employees on essential pool construction skills.
- Schedule key project milestones and monitor progress.
- Identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects running smoothly.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in in-ground swimming pool construction (Vinyl, Fiberglass, Gunite).
- 3 years of experience in mechanical, concrete, trenching, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to lead, train, and manage construction crews effectively.
- Strong understanding of pool construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and project management software.
- Certified Builder Professional (CBP) preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Details:
- Location: Northport, AL (must be able to commute).
- Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday), occasional half-day Saturdays.
