  • The Associate should handle routine processes and deliverables in the normal course of the day, without reminders, supervision, or management. The Associate will conduct himself/herself in a professional manner at all times, recognizing the trust inherent in the position. • The Associate will make recommendations to the department and Tuscan Gardens related to any areas inside or outside of the Associate’s professional area based on his/her experience and observations. No deadline may be missed by an Associate or changed unilaterally by an Associate without a prior communication, an agreement and with sufficient time for the Associate’s immediate Manager to take alternate measures to make sure the deadline is otherwise satisfied or appropriately modified. In the absence of a communication, it will be assumed all matters being managed, handled or driven by the Associate are being accomplished well and in accordance with the Associate’s anticipated outcomes.
  • The success of a program lies in the details. Tuscan Gardens is extremely competent at strategic management. On the other hand, successful results require successful execution.
