Position Available:
Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon is currently seeking talented Massage Therapists to join our team of spa professionals! Part-time and full-time positions are available, with career advancement and room to grow. Training will be available to qualified applicants.
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions
Position Overview:
- Provide 30-to-90-minute massages for clients
- Guide clients through our service offerings and help them choose the types of massages that would benefit them most
- Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions
- Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas
- Listen to clients during massages and adjust techniques to meet their needs
- Suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client
- Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
- Attend regular staff meetings and training
Applicant Requirements:
- Current and valid Massage Therapy license
- Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to make recommendations to help clients
