What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN - UNIT MANAGER position at Tuscany Gardens?
Tuscany Gardens a skilled nursing facility located in Pataskala, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Full-Time, experienced, energetic, and strong RN/LPN Unit Manager to assist the DON in leading the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to our residents.
* Implementing nursing services, objections and standards: resolving resident care issues.
* Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
* Ensuring all HIPPA confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
* Provide direct nursing care to Tuscany Gardens residents.
* Accept one ON-CALL WEEKEND every 5th weekend.
