We are looking for a Part Time Bartender for the PUB 365 Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assist customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Making food and beverage recommendations to guests as appropriate.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 20lbs.
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
- Perform all other job-related duties as requested.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years old. Must have craft beer experience including 2 years’ experience as a bartender. Must have a valid NV Health, TAM, and Non-Gaming cards. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
