Responsibilities
- Facilitate specifications for programming commercial lines by working with assigned business analyst.
- Support commercial lines research for ISO rates, rules and forms for assigned lines of business and/or states.
- Assist with research into state specific regulations and cancellation laws with direction and support from product management.
- Support business analyst with re-work items and utilize product management as necessary.
- Respond to internal users’ support requests, trouble shoot issues, and report to product management or IT.
- Support user acceptance testing as necessary.
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
