We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our Finishing and Assembly department. This general position supports the production process through a variety of tasks, including powder coating, finishing, and assembly work. Key Responsibilities
- Powder Coat/Finishing Tasks
- Load parts onto the powder coating line with proper density and efficiency.
- Unload and inspect finished, coated parts for quality assurance.
- Record accurate production and quality data.
- Assembly Tasks
- Assemble and pack parts according to work orders and customer specifications.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
- Complete basic quality checks during and after the assembly process.
- Use hand tools and automated equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and timelines are met.
Other tasks and training will be assigned as needed to grow our associates and to meet customer demands
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality checks, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with powder coating operations and assembly processes is a plus but not required.
- Familiar with work orders, blueprints, and technical documents.
