Bartender/Server

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all patrons have a positive experience at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take drink orders in a professional and friendly manner.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide recommendations for drinks based on customer preferences.
• Monitor and maintain bar stock, ensuring all beverages, garnishes, and supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, shelves, and equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and patrons.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations and excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on new drink trends, bartending techniques, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy kegs and boxes.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Must be of legal drinking age

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology (e.g., TIPS, Responsible Beverage Service).
• Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.

• Ability to work in a team and manage customer relations effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
