This project will identify cold-active Lm endolysins and test for endolysin-endolysin and endolysin-disinfectant synergies to find a more efficacious Lm treatment on spinach with minimal coast increases. We are looking for a meticulous lab technician who will be responsible for supporting our laboratory faculty with the primary goal of optimizing lab procedures and succeeding in producing reliable test results on project. The Lab Technicians will spend their days testing and analyzing samples for scientists. They also have an essential role in recording results so that when it comes time to report back on what was found. Lab Technicians are responsible for receiving, testing, and analyzing specimens. They will use this information to create reports that will help faculty decide how the scientist should proceed.
