Job Overview
The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and a variety of beverages on the course or at events. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure all guests are satisfied. The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized cart while efficiently serving drinks and snacks to customers.

Duties

• Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, to guests on the course or at designated areas.
• Ensure the beverage cart is stocked, clean, and well-organized at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Buss tables or areas as required to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Skills

• Previous experience in quick service fast food restaurants or cafés is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
• Experience in food preparation and food service is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart.
