Short-Term - General Support, Maintenance & Operations 2-24-25

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direct supervision of the Custodial and Maintenance Supervisors, performs maintenance repairs within one or more related crafts. Bilingual (Spanish) desirable. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the maintenance repairs or replacements within the crafts of plumbing, heating, painting, carpentry, electricity, metalwork, masonry, locks and mechanical fields. Accomplish tasks requiring the use of standard materials and common maintenance tools. Must be able to read simple sketches and drawings, follow oral and written instructions; and perform strenuous physical activities for extended periods (bending, crouching, lifting (40-50 lbs), shoveling, climbing ladders, etc).
