You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.

- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
