Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area for the Senior Director of Human Resources. The Senior Director of Human Resources will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. The successful candidate will develop and implement performance management programs and lead a team of HR professionals to support our company's goals and objectives. Daily tasks include developing strategic HR initiatives, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
- Experience in work comp management
- Skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is an advantage
