About the Role
As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of business office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standard guidelines and regulations. You will coordinate with the Central Billing Office on managing insurance payments, including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care; manage refunds for accounts receivable, and maintain appropriate logs and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a fire and passion for working with seniors, a flexible and fun personality, and high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in business office operations in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is required, along with effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.
