Do You Have What It Takes?
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must hold an active, and in good standing, license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Proven leadership experience with at least one year of successful experience as a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist in a Skilled Nursing setting, or at least three years of experience as a MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing setting, required
- Experience with MDS 3.0, ICD-10, PDPM, and Medicaid Case-Mix Reimbursement preferred
- RAC-CT preferred
- Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
- Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes and unwavering quality care
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
