What Will You Do in This Role?
The Senior Manager of Senior Living and Private Pay is responsible for overseeing the financial operations related to private pay collections, revenue management, and compliance across multiple Senior Living communities. This role requires a strategic leader who will manage a team of revenue cycle managers, review financial statements, and ensure adherence to state regulations and industry best practices for collections and Senior Living guidelines. The Senior Manager serves as a key liaison between corporate leadership, facility teams, and external partners to optimize revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in managing and developing a team of revenue cycle professionals.
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and industry best practices related to private pay billing and collections.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience in revenue cycle management, private pay collections, or financial operations within Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Experience working with financial software, electronic health records (EHR), and billing platforms specific to Senior Living operations.
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification preferred.
