AP Economics Tutor (AP Macro & Micro) – Ridgewood, NJ
Tutor Doctor is a locally owned and operated tutoring company that has been serving the community for 11 years. We are currently seeking an experienced AP Economics Tutor for a student in Ridgewood, NJ. The student requires advanced support in AP Macroeconomics and AP Microeconomics to prepare for the AP exams in early May.
Position Details:
Location: Ridgewood, NJ (In-Person)
Start Date: ASAP
Subjects: AP Macroeconomics & AP Microeconomics
Goal: Reinforce key economic concepts and provide structured AP exam preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
Expertise in AP Economics – Strong understanding of Macroeconomics (e.g., economic indicators, business cycles, monetary policy, international trade) and Microeconomics (e.g., supply & demand, market structures, government intervention).
Tutoring/Teaching Experience – Prior experience tutoring or teaching AP-level Economics is required.
Test Prep Skills – Ability to guide the student through AP-style multiple-choice and free-response questions.
Engaging & Adaptive Teaching Style – Able to tailor sessions to the student’s learning needs.
