Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Language Arts Tutor to join our team at Tutor Doctor - North County San Diego in Carlsbad, California. As a Language Arts Tutor, you will work with students at grade school level to improve their reading, writing, and language skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred. This is a part-time, hourly position with the potential for growth within the company.
Compensation & Benefits :

Responsibilities :
- Develop personalized lesson plans and curriculum to meet the individual needs of students
- Identify areas for improvement and help students build fundamental language skills
- Provide instruction and guidance on reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing techniques
- Administer assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns
- Use online tutoring resources from Tutor Doctor to continuously improve tutoring abilities
