What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin & Workplace Manager position at Tutor Intelligence?
The Company:
We understand that general purpose and generally intelligent robots are going to be built in our lifetimes. Not content to sit on the sidelines, we work efficiently towards this goal by combining human and artificial intelligence into something greater than the sum of its parts- a Tutor Intelligence.
Founded by MIT alumni and backed by the best investors in AI and robotics, Tutor is building the world's largest fleet of generally capable robot workers for American factories and warehouses.
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a generalist to keep our office running smoothly — someone who can handle everything from restocking the kitchen to mailing invoices, running payroll, coordinating with contractors, and helping manage our space as we grow. This is a hands-on role for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable with a wide range of tasks, big and small. You’ll be the backbone of day-to-day admin and workplace logistics, making sure the team has what it needs to stay focused and productive. If you like solving real-world problems, keeping things from falling through the cracks, and getting stuff done without a lot of hand-holding, we’d love to talk.
