As a Business Ops Associate at Tutor, your work will touch nearly every area of the company: strategy, sales, marketing, product definition, market research, and engineering. This position will give you a near-360º view of the inside of a tech company, and at this stage of growth, you can have an impact on everything you touch.

Reports To: Head of Business Operations
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage lead-generation, trade show strategy and execution, and sales procedure
- Synthesize customer needs and industry trends so as to inform product definition and engineering resource allocation
- Assess viability of leads; assist in managing customer accounts and interaction
- Use marketing tools and strategies to raise company’s industry presence and generate increased inbound interest
- Execute projects to improve internal efficiency and operations
- Travel for business and sales events such as trade shows and customer site visits
- Fantastic people skills; enjoys talking to customers, professional partners, and network contacts
- Strong ability to prioritize the right things and stay focused in the often-unstructured environment of a startup
- Prepared to bridge the gap between marketing/sales and technology/engineering
- Excited to work with robots! (No engineering degree required; just some technical intuition.)
- Curious and thoughtful; always thinking about the next thing and what can be done better
- Collaborative; ready to work with colleagues across multiple different fields
- Bachelor's Degree
- Leadership experience in an organization
- At least one CS/engineering class
