The Job: As the Academic Director, you will work closely with K-12 students at our learning center. Your role requires excellent customer service skills and a genuine love for working with children. You must be engaging and personable to create the best possible learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs to ensure quality and relevance.
- Manage student schedules as well as tutor schedules
- Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty members.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students and staff.
- Engage with families and clients to ensure their children receive optimal support, addressing concerns and providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
