As a Laborer at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to Brent Hemmer, Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Description:
- Operate general construction tools as needed
- Perform other general laborer tasks and maintain a clean work area
- Load, transport and unload materials, supplies and equipment
- Operate mobile equipment; such as forklifts and aerial lifts
- Installation of upgrades for improved functions on hoisting systems and related equipment
- Material prep for fabrication including:
- Sawing
- Drilling
- Shearing
- Grinding
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of stable work history in a Trade or construction-oriented environment
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and perform work layout, preferred
- Proficient using a tape measure
