Your primary responsibility will be installing, repairing, and maintaining water systems while responding to emergencies in the field for large industrial accounts in the Gilbert, AZ area. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as well as the mental flexibility and “can-do” attitude to work on a small team, in an informal yet fun, fast-paced and result-driven work environment. As Field Service Technician, you are ‘hands on’ with a strong desire to continuously learn and work well with people from other departments to ensure that your customers are being taken care of.

- Report to the facility in Gilbert, AZ for work orders including but not limited to installing new water treatment equipment, providing preventative maintenance, and responding to emergencies.
- Perform regular data entry in the field.
- Provide collaborative service with other departments as needed.
- Participate in a rotating after hours on call schedule as required from time to time.
What You Bring:
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting general plumbing and/or electrical systems
- Proficiency with plumbing PVC from ¾” to 4”
- Experience in the high purity water treatment field is preferred
- Basic computer skills required for data entry
- Impeccable communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize intelligently, understand clients’ specific business needs, and follow through on assigned tasks
- Willingness to make occasional overnight trips as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70-pound objects; ability to push, twist and pull up to 250 pounds; handle power tools, climb in and out of a vehicle repeatedly and drive for up to 4 hours; kneel, climb ladders, reach, stand, sit, and walk.
