- Lead and mentor the HR team to align HR initiatives with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies by staying updated on legal changes, implementing best practices, and maintaining accurate records to support compliance across all HR functions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Foster a culture of feedback and open communication by implementing initiatives that encourage employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, with fairness, tact, and discretion.
- Conduct safety meetings, manage worker’s compensation claims, and ensure OSHA compliance through safety audits and training.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support company growth and vision.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations and practices, with knowledge of OSHA filings, safety, and compliance policies.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required for effective communication with a diverse workforce.
- An approachable and respectful demeanor, capable of fostering strong relationships and bridging the gap between field and office employees.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information and make informed, timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated payroll administration experience.
- HR degree and/or SHRM certification is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
