Make your mark in the world of custom homes! Our client, a leading producer of custom homes based in the Greater Seattle area, is seeking an inspiring and strategic Sales Manager to drive the success of their authorized dealer network across North America. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our client’s network of dealers who sell their custom home packages to homeowners and builders, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to drive sales growth. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will manage the authorized dealer network and inside sales team to drive revenue, market expansion, and create outstanding customer experiences.
Reporting to the Vice President, the Sales Manager will be the driving force behind dealer success and revenue growth. Acting as the primary point of contact for channel partners, you’ll provide hands-on training, strategic sales support, and marketing guidance to maximize their potential. Simultaneously, you’ll lead the inside sales team, ensuring they effectively engage with customer inquiries and support dealers throughout the sales process. Day-to-Day as Sales Manager:
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with authorized dealers, providing them with the resources, training, and guidance necessary to boost sales.
- Drive dealer engagement, adoption of sales programs, and participation in promotions
- Analyze dealer performance metrics and provide actionable plans to improve results and drive strategy.
- Inspire and manage the Inside Sales Support (ISS) team while fostering a customer-centric culture through training and best practices.
- Organize and lead annual sales meetings to align dealers with company goals, share insights, and drive performance improvements.
- Work closely with the dealer partners and inside sales team to align efforts, ensuring seamless communication and customer handoff between internal sales and dealers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create dealer-focused sales tools, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
What You Bring:
- 2 years in B2B sales, channel management, or partner enablement, with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience managing sales teams and/or partner networks.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging sales presentations and motivate teams.
- Strong track record of utilizing CRMs to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience developing sales strategies, promotions, and training programs.
- Strong technical aptitude, with experience using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel up to two weeks per quarter across the US and Canada.
