What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outdoor Activities Crew position at Tuttle Orchards?
Do you like working outdoors? Does being on a farm helping folks make family memories sound like fun? Then we need people like you at Tuttles this fall!
Tuttle Orchards is an apple orchard located near McCordsville, IN. We are passionate about helping lots of visitors have fun experiencing agriculture. We offer a Farm Store, Cafe, Fresh Donuts and several outdoor late summer/fall activities including Sunflower Meadow, Pick Your Own Apples and Pumpkins, Corn Maze, Kids' Play Area and Hayrides.
We are currently looking for staff to answer questions, run the outdoor registers, staff the play area and corn maze, as well as work in our sunflower meadow and cut your own flower patch. Our hours are from 9-7 pm, so we have morning, afternoon and Saturday hours available.

- Hourly pay: $12-$14/hour for the first year based on experience plus a fall bonus program

Who is an ideal candidate to work at Tuttles?
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills are a must
- Willingness to work hard
- Desire to help guests have a great experience at Tuttles
- Willingness to work efficiently and take initiative to find ways to help guests and other staff members
- Ability to stand and work in indoor and outdoor environments for extended periods in all types of weather
- Be at least 16 years old (18 for some areas)
- For High School Students: it is ideal to be available to work on Saturdays and during fall break. We don't have Sunday hours or late night shifts, so students who aren't available on Saturdays won't find Tuttles a good fit!
- Be looking for a seasonal job mid August - October
