What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dance teacher for young children position at Tutu School?
Tutu School is is seeking fun and loving teachers to join our team! Available shifts include Friday and Sunday afternoons, as well as substitute teaching opportunities.
Tutu School is a quaint boutique of a ballet school that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 18 months to 8 years-old. It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet, but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
Applicants must have extensive experience working with children and a background in dance including ballet. They also will need to train in Tutu School's specific curriculum. Applicants must be energetic and outgoing with a passion for sharing their knowledge and love for dance. Retail / sales experience preferred, but not required.
