Job Summary

Tutulu Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Orbital Warfare Integrator position, supporting Space Operations Command (SpOC) Space Control efforts as direct support to the weapon system lead (WSL). This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success. Employee must be able to provide Advisory and Assistance Services for classified space programs by developing, drafting, coordinating and reviewing: System Specific and Division-level Tasks; Operational Acceptance plans/criteria; Early use documentation; Requirements Development; Concepts Development; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) documentation to include POM submissions; Unfunded Requirements and Weapon System Sustainment documents; Security Classification Guidance and Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding (MOU/MOA). The employee will facilitate, organize, and provide technical guidance for: Operations Acquisition Test and Training (OATT) senior leader (GO/SES) engagements; Combat Forces Proponent Fielding Processes (CFP-FP); Integrated Capability Teams; cross-organizational working groups; PMRs/PDRs/CDRs; and other formal/informal working groups. The employee will draft and coordinate working group meeting minutes, action items, and develop task tracking mechanisms. The employee will build, coordinate, and present briefing material in support of specific orbital warfare capabilities. The contractor will develop, analyze, and provide input on government order and policy guidance (EREQM, IJSTO, Forces For, etc.)

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation, must be eligible to obtain TS SCI / SAP access; Eligible for Poly.

Skills/Experience Required:

Orbital Warfare Integrator SME

• Active TS/SCI Required
• Highly desirable: 10 years working DoD space operations
• Preferred: 3 years working orbital warfare specific missions
• Flourishes as a self-initiator, thriving in roles where autonomy and independent decision-making are paramount, while consistently delivering outstanding results with minimal oversight
• Exhibits a proactive mindset and a natural inclination towards taking preemptive actions to address issues before they escalate, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively, fostering seamless collaboration and understanding across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience working HQ-staff level
• Previous experience working strategic basing, exercises/wargames, PPBE, Space Systems requirements. And/or Space Acquisitions (Program Office support)
• Experience in Microsoft Suite of applications
• Recent experience working in a classified environment with classified programs

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
