We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Back and Front of House Staff. Duties
- Serving meals and beverages to hotel and restaurant guests
- Pouring wine and making drinks
- Taking orders and serving
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs and kitchen managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped for service.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the culinary team during peak service times by ensuring timely preparation of ingredients.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous bar experience
- Previous serving experience
- TOAST experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
