What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at TuTuTun Lodge?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock supplies and ensure that all amenities are replenished
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is beneficial
- Experience in floor care and custodial work is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
