OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of factory inspections and certifications. This role will be responsible for coordinating factory inspection contractors, setting and managing pricing for inspections and certification fees, forecasting revenue, and ensuring the timely and accurate management of expiring certificates. The Program Manager will also act as the key liaison between the inspection team and the Sales and Operations departments.
Full-time exempt position for TUV SUD Product Service Division.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Factory Inspections Coordination:
Manage and coordinate all factory inspection activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal requirements.
Work with third-party contractors to schedule and perform annual inspections, ensuring that all factory inspections are completed on time and to the required standards.
Pricing and Fee Management:
Set and update pricing for factory inspections and annual certification fees, ensuring pricing aligns with market trends and internal goals.
Review and adjust pricing structures as necessary to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Revenue Forecasting:
Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts based on inspection and certification fees.
Analyze data to identify trends, assess future needs, and proactively address any gaps in revenue projections.
Contractor Management:
Select, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party contractors who perform factory inspections.
Ensure contractors meet performance standards and contractual obligations, including timely reporting and certification.
Program Management and Expiring Certificates:
Manage the program for expiring factory certificates, ensuring timely renewals and certifications.
Monitor certificate expiry schedules and work with internal teams to communicate renewals and updates as necessary.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Serve as the main point of contact between the Factory Inspection program and Sales/Operations teams.
Provide regular updates to Sales and Operations on the status of inspections, certifications, and expiring certificates to ensure alignment across departments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
3 years of experience in program management, operations, or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Previous experience managing contractors and overseeing inspection or certification processes is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
